Irn Bru Scottish 3rd Division Result

East Fife 2   Elgin City 0

East Fife moved 23 points ahead at the top of the 3rd Division after Elgin City gifted them two goals in a four minute spell in the second half.

Paul Stewart managed to squeeze the ball in from a tight angle after a blunder by Kaczan on 63 and 4 minutes later, Steven MacKay was unlucky to see a well blocked shot from Fotheringham cannon off Ridgers and into the net.  

East Fife: Wight, Stewart, McDonald, Tweed, Cameron, Young (Greenhill 77), Fotheringham, Linn, Blackadder, Templeman, McManus.

Subs Not Used: O'Reilly, Gordon, Davison, Strobie.

Booked: McManus, Linn.

Goals: Stewart 63, Mackay 67 og.

Elgin City: Ridgers, Nicolson, Niven, Kaczan, Mackay, Sutherland, Ross (Crooks 57), Hind (Smith 75), Frizzel, Charlesworth (Shallicker 63), O'Donoghue.
