The Gable Endies prepare for tomorrow’s trip to Borough Briggs as City
assistant manager Kenny Gilbert extols the virtue of patience within a
home side still sitting bottom of the league.
“We’re not overly worried about our league position,” says Kenny, “and we’ll concentrate on one game at a time. Winning our next game should always be our priority.
“Our aim for now is to get off the bottom of the league. There’s no point in making predications about where we’ll finish at the end of the season.
“We’re positive going into the game on Saturday,” he said. “We’ve had a good week’s training and we’re fired up for Montrose.”
Kenny reported that David Hind is continuing his struggle with a calf injury ahead of today’s game. Otherwise, Robbie Williamson will choose from a fully-fit and suspension-free squad.
