Craig Gunn hit a hat-trick as Elgin City rounded off their season in fine style by thrashing Montrose 5-2.
Paul Tosh put the visitors into the lead after 12 minutes, as Martin Boyle cut the ball back from the right-hand byline for the striker to slot home from six yards.
The home side equalised after 26 minutes through David Smith, who headed home David Craig's free-kick from the right after Montrose's Sean Fleming had brought down Smith on the wing, and three minutes later the game had been turned on its head as Craig Gunn found space on the edge of the area and rifled a shot into the bottom left-hand corner.
The home side then wrapped up the points a minute into the second half when Kyle MacAulay broke clear of the visitors defence and finished coolly from six yards. Gunn grabbed his second of the game to make it four after 56 minutes heading home a Craig cross from the left.
Montrose pulled a goal back from the penalty spot through Tosh after Murray McConachie was fouled by Fleming, before Gunn completed his hat-trick, finding space in the box and firing home from 12 yards.
