Forfar dominated the early period and took the lead through Ross Campbell, before Craig Gunn's curled shot levelled the scores.

Marc Nicolson then put Elgin ahead before David Mowat levelled the scores.Campbell then scored his second but Nicolson then followed that up by grabbing his second, and City's third.
