CITY have signed Ross County's 20-year-old midfielder Alex Cooper on loan until the end of the season.
Cooper, son of Aberdeen, Aston Villa and Rangers player and current Hartlepool United manager Neale, will go straight into the Black and Whites' squad for tomorrow's Irn-Bru Third Division squad for the trip to East Stirling.
The addition of Cooper will compensate for the loss through injury of Stuart Leslie (thigh) and Ross O'Donoghue (knee) for the clash against Shire.
Brian Cameron (calf) is also a doubt for the game, while Graham Tatters is on the lookout for another club after ending his second spell at Borough Briggs.
Midfielder Tatters (26) failed to establish himself since rejoing City in a short-term deal in December.
